Mark Villani

Mark Villani serves as Chief Financial Officer of Marathon Homes, overseeing strategic planning, forecasting, cash management, and financial systems with a hands-on, action-oriented style. He brings extensive experience scaling high-growth companies and executing turnarounds across private equity and family-owned businesses, including financial leadership roles at FormFactor and First Solar that helped guide both companies through successful public offerings.

As CFO, Mark shapes our strategic planning, forecasting, cash management and financial systems with a hands-on, action-oriented style. Mark began his career in public accounting with Crowe and KPMG. He holds a B.S. from Butler University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. As a member of the 1991 Butler football team, Mark was recently inducted into the Butler Athletic Hall of Fame.
