Logan Barrett

Logan Barrett serves as President of Marathon Homes, drawing on extensive experience in manufactured housing, community development, and strategic growth. A Fort Worth native, Logan’s background spans both retail and manufacturing, with leadership roles that shaped his understanding of sales, operations, and the full production lifecycle.

Prior to Marathon Homes, Logan served as Director of Business Development and Community Sales for Oak Creek Homes and previously held the role of Director of Home Sales at Oak Wood Ventures. He also spent nearly two years with Marathon’s predecessor, RGN Manufacturing Services, where he worked as Controller and Director of Sales, overseeing sales operations and supporting financial management at the plant level.

Logan holds a degree in General Studies from the University of Texas at El Paso, where he was also a member of the football team. Outside of work, he’s a devoted husband and father of two and an avid college football fan.
