In 2024, Marathon Homes purchased the assets of RGN Manufacturing Services, beginning the next chapter in the Breckenridge, Texas-based company’s history. While our name has changed, our commitment to quality, innovation, and affordability remains stronger than ever.

With a commitment to excellence and customer-first service, Marathon Homes continues to expand its capabilities to meet the evolving needs of homeowners, retailers, and communities. Our Factory

All of our homes are built by our skilled team in our 150,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Breckenridge, Texas. Constructed in a controlled environment, each home undergoes a precise, efficient, and carefully managed building process to ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and durability at every stage of construction.

Bob Clay brings over 30 years of experience in the manufactured housing industry, with a background in both sales and general management. Most recently, Bob has spent the past 12 years as a general manager of multiple manufacturing plants. Originally from Denver, Colorado, Bob holds a B.S. in Finance from Fort Hays State University, where he played on the football team. He and his wife of 39 years, Diana (“Di”), have two children and four grandchildren. In his free time, Bob enjoys golfing and spending time with his grandchildren.

Robert Castaldi serves as CFO of Marathon Homes, overseeing finance, accounting, HR, and strategic operations. He brings leadership experience from a range of industries, including CFO roles at DaBella Exteriors and CyberDefenses, Inc. A native of Philadelphia and longtime Austin resident, Robert holds a B.S. in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University and an MBA from the University of Colorado. He enjoys cycling, live music, Austin’s food scene, and attending high school sporting events.

Will Holle, a native of Brenham, Texas, earned his degree in Communications from The University of Texas at Austin. He began his career in medical device sales before joining Marathon Homes. Will lives in San Antonio with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing with friends, spending time at his family ranch, and fishing along the Texas coast.

Jordan Blackman is a native of Breckenridge, Texas, with seven years of experience in mobile home manufacturing. Known for his strong work ethic and love for building, Jordan is guided by his faith and is dedicated to both his family and his craft. He and his wife, Skye, are raising their children in Breckenridge. When he’s not working, Jordan enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors, and working on his property.

Missy Stoker was born and raised in Breckenridge, Texas, and has worked in the manufactured housing industry since the age of 18. Her career has spanned roles in final finish, electrical, and plant management. She joined the RGN team in 2018 and continues to contribute her expertise at Marathon Homes. Missy is a proud mother of five and grandmother of nine. Outside of work, she enjoys playing the piano, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
